Our training sessions are held on various days each week.
CUBS & MINI-CUBS
Training sessions for our younger teams take place on Wednesdays from 5.00 PM to 6.00 PM, and Sundays from 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM at The Bear Trap. The coaches for these sessions are Cubs – Tom and Chico, Mini-Cubs – Katrina and Glenn.
Training sessions for our older youth players take place on Wednesdays from 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM, and Sundays from 10.30 AM to 12.00 PM at the Bear Trap. The coaches for these sessions are Michael, Dan and Katrina.
Training sessions for the U15s take place on Wednesdays from 6.00 PM to 7.30 PM, and Sundays from 10.45 AM to 11.45 AM at Brickfield Recreation Ground. The coach for this session is TBA.
Our ladies train on Saturday mornings from 09.30 AM to 10.30 AM, coached by Tony.
The men also train on Saturday mornings, following the ladies session for one hour, 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM, again, coached by Tony.
All players are encouraged to arrive around 5 minutes early so training can kick off on time. Touch football is usually played before the start of training as a warm-up exercise.
